| In recent years,with the promotion of consumption upgrading and the emphasis on cultural confidence,people pay more and more attention to the quality of life and cultural consumption.At the same time,the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage(hereinafter referred to as "ICH")has been paid more and more attention by the state and society.The industrial and academic circles have actively contributed their own ideas to the inheritance of ICH.However,the development of ICH industry in China is facing many challenges as well as opportunities.As an ICH project with unique Lingnan cultural characteristics,Foshan woodcut New Year pictures have attracted much attention in recent years,but there are still some problems in its cultural services,such as lack of experience,small market scale and poor management effect.Service design plays an important role in solving the problems in ICH Inheritance and promoting its sustainable development.Service design thinking focuses on user experience and interest relationship,value co creation and organizational change,which provides many new ideas for solving the problems of business innovation and public service.This paper attempts to use the service design method,Taking Foshan woodcut New Year pictures as the research object,to explore the service optimization strategy of its cultural experience.This paper first combs the relevant knowledge system and application methods of service design theory,combined with the case of ICH service optimization,analyzes the urgency and necessity of service design intervention in ICH cultural experience.Secondly,through field investigation,collect relevant information of Foshan woodcut New Year pictures,analyze the current situation and existing problems of their cultural experience.Finally,in view of the dilemma of cultural experience of Foshan woodcut New Year pictures,this paper puts forward four stages of service design solutions,aiming to explore the new thinking of sustainable development of Foshan woodcut New Year pictures,and provide reference for the upgrading of cultural experience of other ICH industries. |
