| The relative influence of work crafting on employee retention levels has also received some coverage in the HR literature over the last five years.Furthermore,the focus is being given to the social and mental well-being of workers in the human resource and organisational behaviour literature.Given the recent concern in these subjects,the current research aims to explore the role of work crafting and emotional exhaustion on job satisfaction,as well as the methodological effects of emotional exhaustion on job crafting and job satisfaction.The study is focused on Kazakhstan’s retail marketing sector,which is regarded as one of the strongest in the world.The retail industry has developed as a consequence of the ability to adapt and integrate crafting habits and strategies into their job processes.For data collection,the study utilises an observational design and a survey-based questionnaire.CFA and SEM were added to the details,and the findings indicate that work crafting has substantial and positive impacts on employee job satisfaction,while emotional fatigue has a negative and significant influence on job satisfaction.Emotional fatigue is often a major mediator between work crafting and job satisfaction.The thesis has scientific,policymaking,and administrative consequences as well. |
