An Analysis Of The Emotion Expression Strategy Of The Character Documentary

Documentary is an art form from image to soul,and emotional expression is the process of showing the inner world.The creation of character documentaries is not only a record of real life,but also an exploration of the emotional factors in reality,through different ways to achieve the emotional expression of the characters,to achieve the ultimate goal of moving with emotion.The graduation work "the girl with a comb" is about the story between the character xiao qing and the bull comb.The emotion of xiao qing’s diagonal comb runs through the whole film.Based on the basic theory of documentary emotional narrative strategy,this paper analyzes the peculiarity,build elements,build path and audio-visual means of realizing emotional visualization of character documentaries,and discusses the emotional expression strategies in character documentaries by combining with the graduation work "the girl with a comb".
