| Black and white exist in all things,and they can be detached from all things.The extreme black and white has broken away from the original colorful and gorgeous coat,faded from the prosperity to the silence of life,and has a unique charm.As a representative painter of American abstract expressionism,Franz Crane has a unique style of painting and he is good at using lines.The tones are mainly "extreme black and white".He uses white canvas and black lines to create paintings without concrete.Paintings of objects.Black and white polar colors are both opposite and unified,playing a role that cannot be underestimated.This article hopes to analyze Franz Crane’s paintings to explore the enlightenment and influence of his painting style characteristics on my painting creation.The first part of the article is the introduction,which mainly discusses the background and significance of the topic and the current research status at home and abroad;then it analyzes the birth of American abstract expressionism and Franz Crane’s abstract expressionism style;The analysis of the painting explores the art of its lines and black-and-white color matching.Finally,this article explores Franz Crane’s ideas from three aspects: black-and-white composition techniques,the combination of ink blots and oil paintings,and the fusion of oil brush strokes and calligraphy pens.Influenced by my painting creation,in the process of creation,I tried to incorporate calligraphic elements into my works,tried to use traditional Chinese calligraphy pens and Western oil painting materials to blend,creating a "fusion" form of painting expression. |
