Study On Countermeasures Of Promoting The Development Of Cultural Industry In Sheyang County

This year marks the 100 th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China.In this important time node,the new era has put forward higher requirements for the development of cultural industry.Therefore,we should unswervingly take the road of cultural confidence and promote the development of cultural industry with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Taking Sheyang County as the main research object,this paper explores the development of local government,especially the cultural industry at the county level from point to area.Through the use of literature analysis,comparative analysis,empirical analysis,investigation and interview method and other research methods to analyze the development status,existing problems and reasons of the cultural industry in Sheyang County,and combined with the experience and inspiration of domestic and foreign and provincial county-level governments,explore and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of the cultural industry in Sheyang County.This paper analyzes the existing problems in the development of cultural industry in Sheyang County,including: The total size is small,the structure is unreasonable,the development of the whole region is unbalanced,the cultural innovation ability is insufficient,the three-level public cultural facilities network of counties,towns and villages is not perfect,and the supply of cultural services is insufficient and inaccurate.These problems are caused by the low starting point of ideological understanding,the small policy support,the traditional single content carrier,the obvious impact of economic and social development,the weak and loose team construction and other reasons.After in-depth analysis of the problems,this paper combined with advanced experience at home and abroad as well as the county level in the province,to promote the development of cultural industry in Sheyang County to put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.In my opinion,From you to grasp the cultural industry development situation,strengthen existing cultural industry developing and capital policy support,to speed up the cultural industry agglomeration,promote cultural industry product development and introduction of form a complete set,build cultural industry market management and industry operation development mechanism,cultivating and improving the cultural market system,culture industry to build the talent security,statistical monitoring and security system,etc Improvement and perfection.
