Research On The Supply Of Public Cultural Services In Haitong Town Of Yancheng City

The realization of the Chinese Dream must be inseparable from the joint promotion of material and spiritual civilizations.Based on this understanding,since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has attached great importance to cultural construction.During the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,my country’s Cultural undertakings and cultural industries continue to develop vigorously.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Party also made arrangements for cultural construction during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period.However,in our country,farmers account for the vast majority,and their evaluation of the quality of the government’s public cultural service supply reflects to a large extent the quality of this work in a place.Therefore,one of the important components of China’s advanced cultural construction is the construction of rural grassroots culture.However,there are still some problems in the current supply of public culture in the vast rural areas,and there is a lack of excellent works that promote mainstream values and are popular with the public.This has to arouse our thinking.This article selects Haitong Town,Yancheng City as the research object for improving the supply of grassroots public cultural services.It is mainly based on the town’s profound historical and cultural heritage,and has achieved some achievements in facilities co-construction and sharing,activity audience differentiation,continuous capital investment,and talent recruitment and absorption.Achievement.Based on this,the article takes Haitong Town,Yancheng City as an example,and combines theoretical study and research,local data access,field visits and investigations,questionnaire surveys,and experience analysis from other places.On the basis of obtaining the current situation of the local government’s public cultural service supply,In-depth study of its current public cultural service supply.The article is divided into six parts.Firstly,it is guided by related theoretical foundations such as public product theory,general equilibrium theory,and polycentric governance theory;The results achieved in cultural services;and then unearth the problems in the awareness of serving the people,the guidance of the rights and interests of the people,the level of service supply,the use of funds,and the structure of the talent team;then based on the service concept,feedback system,supply system,and funding Analyze the causes of the problems in multiple aspects such as supporting facilities and talent mechanisms;introduce the domestic and foreign public cultural service supply models and related enlightenments;finally establish a new type of public service concept from diversified collaboration,establish a scientific demand feedback system for quasi-public opinion,and base resources Constructing an efficient service supply system,integrating capital to provide strong cultural capital investment,selecting and educating people and cultivating a continuous cultural talent team,etc.,put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions to provide directions for the supply of public cultural services in Haitong Town.
