| The creation of comics needs to go through several steps from sketching to simplifying line draft to coloring.From an uncolored line draft to coloring finished draft is an indispensable step to endow the soul of a comics work,and coloring requires a lot of time and energy for the comics creator.This paper is based on the analysis of automatic coloring methods of comics at home and abroad.In order to improve the quality and authenticity of cartoon coloring manuscripts,through theoretical analysis,model optimization,experimental iteration and application development and other steps,the automatic coloring method of cartoon is studied in an all-round way,which provides ideas for solving the problem of cartoon automatic coloring.In this paper,three kinds of cartoon coloring methods are studied.The first one is the automatic coloring method of cartoon.This paper optimizes the structure of pix2 pix model and pix2 pixhd model,and adds the sharpening module of cartoon contour line to improve the clarity and quality of the generated coloring manuscript.The second method is to introduce the color reference map into the cartoon automatic coloring method.This paper changes the training structure of the existing style transfer model,and adds the random small angle rotation module of the color reference map,so that the accuracy of the cartoon reference coloring is higher and the coloring effect is fuller.The third method is the introduction of user interaction in the automatic coloring of comics,which realizes the restriction of the painter’s intention and generates the comics coloring manuscript that meets the painter’s expectation.On this basis,this paper also combines the cartoon automatic coloring model with user interaction and the cartoon automatic coloring model with color reference graph,and proposes an animation automatic coloring model with two-layer generator and two-layer discriminator,which realizes the expansion of the coloring function in three-dimensional space.In order to better show the research content and results,this paper develops a cartoon auto coloring demo,which integrates all the functions of auto coloring,reference coloring,interactive coloring and animation video coloring.Users can choose the coloring method according to their needs and simplify the steps of cartoon coloring. |
