| It has been 15 years since the establishment of the master’s degree in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages(MTCSOL),and the training program for the MTCSOL students is still being explored and perfected.Due to the particularity of the enrollment background of this major,many interdisciplinary students apply for this major objectively,which makes the interdisciplinary students become the source which is can not be ignored in this major.However,the academic circles pay relatively little attention to this part of interdisciplinary students.In view of this,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the data of MTCSOL students(2011to 2021)in Sichuan Normal University,and this paper is supplemented by a questionnaire survey,so that it tries to put forward relevant strategies for the cultivation and training of the MTCSOL students in order to provide a reference for the optimization of the training program for MTCSOL.In this paper,first of all,the enrollment data of MTCSOL students in Sichuan Normal University in the past 11 years are sorted out and analyzed,and the source of MTCSOL postgraduates in SNU is classified,which is based on the Catalogue of Undergraduate Majors in Ordinary Universities.The results show that the enrollment structure of MTCSOL students in Sichuan Normal University is complex and diversified.Secondly,after analyzing different versions of the training programs for MTCSOL,the paper finds that there are still many aspects,which are about cultivating and training the interdisciplinary students of MTCSOL,could be improved.And after that,after disposing and analyzing the orientation and nature of the employment,which is related to the MTCSOL graduates in SNU from 2011 to 2021,it is found most of the MTCSOL graduates are engaged in basic education in elementary and secondary schools.At last,based on the questionnaire and the author’s own learning experience,the paper proposes the strategies of optimizing the cultivation for MTCSOL interdisciplinary students from the three aspects: additional examination subjects,curriculum setting and thesis topic selection. |
