Along with the advance of plastic arts at home and abroad research and innovation,as a kind of traditional portrait sculpture creation theme is also used in the study of modern and contemporary sculpture,or performance image representational or abstract image,has its own unique modelling method and the language form,historically,portrait sculpture has been accompanied by the progress of civilization and development both at home and abroad,For example,"Clay goddess head" unearthed from Liaoning Hongshan Culture and "Venus of Willendorf" unearthed from Vienna in Europe are both excellent figure sculpture works in the early stage of human civilization.Although they do not have the nature of portrait,sculpture works with character themes have already had preliminary exploration significance.Again late some,such as the Chinese emperor qinshihuang terracotta warriors and the han dynasty stone carvings and the statue of the pharaoh of Egypt they slowly begin to have the significance of portrait sculpture,since the western han dynasty with buddhist culture was introduced into the central plains,some famous monks and increasingly support the portrait of human subjects,and some imperial portrait also gradually appear.In Europe,with the rise of the Renaissance,more and more attention was paid to human consciousness,which was reflected in a large number of portraits of monarchs and celebrities in literary and artistic creation.This paper breaks through the previous research methods of sculpture language and form,and focuses on the modeling research of materials and freehand brushwork.It systematically analyzes "sculpture" from the combination of sculpture language,painting language and ceramic language.This paper mainly combines the study of character modeling,the application of ceramic materials and the study of freehand brushwork to explore the new expression skills and language forms of ceramic sculpture. |
