On The Creation Of Character Documentary “No More Vagrancy”

The creation process of character documentary is not only a practice of the knowledge learned,but also a process of finding their own shortcomings and improving their own ability.The creation of character documentary NO MORE WANDERING can better combine the theoretical knowledge learned in the past with the actual situation,so as to improve my professional ability and accomplishment,and lay a solid foundation for my future study and work.Film by recording is responsible for the relief stations Kong Jialin out rescue of wandering life,in the clean base station,feeding stray animals,give them an injection,such as daily work,which leads to the current development situation and the relief stations,the problems facing in-depth and comprehensive,system make the audience really understand the current status of the development of animal protection and rescue of China,The audience’s visual and auditory senses are mobilized to feel the difficulties of animal protection and arouse people’s attention and reflection on animal protection and rescue of stray animals.This paper shows the shooting and production process of the whole film,enriching theoretical knowledge in the process of practice in the structure setting,narrative mode,shooting scheme and other aspects of the film.The film adopts the linear structure of the single-line mode as the main,tree mode as the auxiliary structure setting.The theme of the work is highlighted by the use of the perspective switch between human and stray animals,and the observation from a third-person perspective.Montage techniques and musical twists are used in editing to render the atmosphere of the life transition of stray dogs,and ultimately to mobilize the audience’s emotions.At present,the number of studies on character documentaries about stray animal rescue stations is limited,and most of the narration is in the form of explanation and interview to show the rescue work of stray dogs to the public.Through the recording of stray dog rescue events,this paper studies how to use the shooting concept of daily narration to break the traditional way of expression of character documentary focusing on explanation.
