| With the speedy development of economy and society,enterprise employees are facing with the pressure and challenges of work while having opportunities.In order to ensure that employees have sufficient physical and mental resources to cope with these pressures and challenges,they need to maintain physical and psychological maintenance in good condition during non-working hours.Enterprise employees with a higher level of psychological detachment can achieve detachment from work and obtain the recovery of physical and mental resources.The research on the psychological detachment of enterprise employees and its influencing factors can enrich the research content in the field of psychological detachment,and provide theoretical support for the follow-up strategies to improve the psychological detachment level of enterprise employees.Given existing research achievement,the research methods on the psychological detachment of enterprise employees and its influencing factors are relatively simple.Based on a review of previous theoretical and empirical research on psychological detachment,this study systematically and deeply discussed the psychological detachment of enterprise employees and its influencing factors through two parts of research.This study consists of the following two parts:The first part is an investigation on the current situation of psychological detachment of enterprise employees.This part uses the psychological disengagement scale to conduct a cross-sectional study on the employees of the enterprise,and examines the general condition and general characteristics of the group’s psychological disengagement.At the same time,this section explores the relationship between variables with significant demographic differences and psychological disengagement,in which the former is used as an independent variable and the latter as a dependent variable.The second part is the research on the influencing factors of the psychological detachment of enterprise employees.Based on the conclusion of the first study,this part uses the method of purposeful sampling to select 19 enterprise employees as the interview objects to conduct in-depth interviewsto understand the reasons why they can or cannot achieve psychological detachment.The grounded theory systematically codes and analyzes the text materials,so as to construct a theoretical model of the factors affecting the psychological detachment of enterprise employees.This study draws the following conclusions:Firstly,the psychological detachment of enterprise employees is generally at a moderate level.There are no significant differences in demographic variables such as enterprise nature,monthly income,job level,job category and length of service.By contrast,there are significant differences in demographic variables such as gender,marital status and education level.binary logistic regression shows that gender and education level are the influencing factors of the psychological detachment of enterprise employees.Secondly,The theoretical model of the factors affecting the psychological detachment of enterprise employees is composed of four dimensions,namely,individual factors,work factors,boundary factors,and environmental factors.Each dimension is composed of several generic themes.At the end of the article,based on the conclusions of the survey results,the theoretical model of influencing factors and the actual answers of the interviewers,the paper uses the three support systems of employees,enterprises and families to explore the promotion strategy of psychological detachment of enterprise employees. |
