| In the United States in the 1960 s,a realist painter emerged against the current during the prevalence of abstract painting.He is known as Andrew Wyeth,the greatest nostalgic realist artist in the United States in the 20 th century.His paintings contain a unique painting language.They often take rural fields,doors and windows,birds and animals and simple little people as the creative themes,and use metaphorical symbolism to express his inner loneliness and nostalgia.With his keen perception,superb realistic skills and thought-provoking composition form,he created works that have been praised by the world one after another,which has painted a strong brush for world art.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part mainly analyzes the multiple factors affecting Wyeth’s artistic style,including the influence of time background,family art environment and personality factors,as the groundwork for follow-up research;The second part explores the painting language of Wyeth’s painting from two aspects: composition form and emotional expression.In this process,combined with Wyeth’s specific works,it makes an in-depth analysis of the four dimensions of black-and-white and gray composition,shape design,metaphorical emotion and dynamic emotion;The third part expounds the influence of Wyeth’s painting language on his own creation,analyzes his creation from multiple angles such as painting composition form and emotion,deepens his understanding of the beauty of art form,and tamps his personal art theoretical knowledge. |
