Problems And Solutions Of Environmental NGO Participation In The Construction Of Ecological Civilization

Ecological civilization is the harmony of man and nature,civilization,a new form after industrial civilization of human society,because our country is not yet completed the process of industrialization,the construction of ecological civilization inevitably encounter the impact of industrial civilization,so the process of the construction of ecological civilization is undoubtedly a huge project,the important way to break the dilemma of ecological civilization is to establish a four stakeholder alliance model of communion of government,business,NGO and public.In recent years,the rapid rise of the environmental NGO,with its unique nature and nurture advantage in participating in the construction of ecological civilization has played an irreplaceable role.However,the practice of environmental NGO participation in the construction of ecological civilization exist some questions,exposing the shortcomings of the existing system,while noting that the more targeted research directions.At present,China is in a transition period of social governance,should focus from a height,in fact at the start,integrate and play a huge potential of environmental NGO.Environmental NGO participation in the construction of ecological civilization in the past few years,environmental NGO has become a major force in popular environmental education,but in terms of participation in environmental decision-making,the impact and influence of environmental measures is still very weak,environmental NGO participation in the construction of ecological civilization and not achieved the desired effect,which is mainly due to lack of capacity to participate in environmental NGO itself,insufficient social support and recognition as well as the lack of legal protection,such as a series of causes.For these reasons,environmental NGO participation in the construction of ecological civilization should be rooted in the Chinese localization of practice,and actively explore suitable for China’s environmental NGO participation model,on the external dimension,improve the registration system,the legal environment,financing system,remodeling and environmental NGO relationship with the government,to create environmental NGO participation in the construction of ecological civilization and harmonious environment.On the internal dimension,improve internal governance mechanisms to enhance financing for capacity building,strengthening of qualified personnel and the establishment of self-organization mechanisms to enhance the ability of environmental NGO to participate in the construction of ecological civilization.In assessing accountability,the establishment of government supervision,social supervision and market surveillance and other parties involved in the regulatory system.To further enhance the environmental NGO participation validity,can promote the process of ecological civilization construction,to achieve the Beautiful China.
