Research On Student Party Members’ Education And Management In Fujian Vocational Colleges From The Perspective Of New Public Management Theory

Currently,student Party members’ education and management is the important content in the development of Party members,as well as a major project to ensure the high quality of Party members in higher vocational colleges.Since Report at 18th Party Congress puts forward new requirements for the development of Party members,the writer considers that the research on the College student Party members’ education and management is of special and realistic signif cance under present background.This essay takes Fujian S Collage as an example and tries to research student Party member’s education and management in Fujian higher vocational schools from the perspective of new public management theory.The writer uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview to analyze the data,aiming at exploring the innovative countermeasures about student Party members’ education and management in higher vocational schools.By analyzing the writer concludes the present situation of student Party members,education and management in Fujian S Collage as follows:system implementation is not in place;emphasizing the process of education and management but not consequence;the ways of education and management are lack of flexibility;the system of Party members development is imperfect;the team construction of education and management has flaws.The writer analyzes these problems from the high school,domestic and foreign factors,meanwhile draws lessons from other innovative model of college student Party members’education and management,trying to give four innovative countermeasures from the perspective of new public management theory.There are system improvement and a long-term mechanism construction;high valuation of the achievement of education and management,but not formalization;the innovation of methods of education and management to enhance scientific management;Attaching importance to the management and construction of human resources to improve the overall quality of Party affairs working team.The writer hopes these countermeasures can be helpful in development and improvement of collage students’ Party building work in Fujian S College under the guidance and support of new public management theory.
