Hiring college graduates to serve the village is the strategic significance of the implementation of the national standing in the global perspective and high talent project.With the continued development of a continuously push forward the construction of socialist new countryside and the university student village official plan will call for further development of rural human resources,and as at the grass-roots level in rural areas are important human resources of university student village becomes the object.From the perspective of human resource management,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of the current university student village official program in Zhangzhou,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures by using the related human resource development and management theory as the breakthrough point.This paper is divided into four parts,one is the introduction of the basic concepts and related theories of college student village official.The two is to collect relevant information at the Zhangzhou college-graduate village official plan implementation through the questionnaire survey,the use of human resources management related theories and methods for data analysis,elaborated the Zhangzhou college-graduate village official training use,evaluation and performance incentives,job transfer and exit flow problems in the process of hiring,and from the social environment,policy,legal person three understanding of reason.Three is to introduce the domestic typical experience of Ningshan County,Shaanxi province Beijing city Huairou District Yanqi Town college-graduate village official management practice,provide a reference for deepening the reform of college-graduate village official system in other areas.The four is to supply side structural reform as the main line,through the implementation of the "four in one" college-graduate village official top-level design and management system,further improve the innovation mechanism,selecting talents training plan,standardized evaluation and incentive measures,and improve the flow of job transfer and exit system,to promote the sustainable development of village work...
