| In the fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee,the party put forward the idea of "people centred" development for the first time.Xi Jinping’s "people centered"development thought is an important part of China’s socialist ideology in the new era.The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made a new judgment on China’s historical position and major social contradictions,and announced that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the development of the party and the national cause has entered a new stage.The Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core attaches great importance to the position and development of the masses.On the basis of a deep summary of past development experience,the party has put forward a series of new concepts,new ideas and new strategies.The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee also clearly pointed out that the development idea of "people-centered" is one of the significant advantages of China’s national system and governance system.Under the new situation,we must adhere to Xi Jinping’s "people centered" development thought,adhere to the people’s strength as the source,take the development of the people as the foundation,and always regard the happiness of the people as the primary goal.Studying Xi Jinping’s "people centered" development thought is of great guiding significance for the construction of China’s characteristic socialism and China’s dream.Xi Jinping’s "people centered" development thought is based on the Marx’s mass view and the development thought of the Chinese Communists in the past dynasties,absorbing the essence of China’s Traditional People-oriented Thought and combining with the current world situation,China’s national conditions,Party sentiments and people’s feelings.Through literature research and comparative study,this paper studies Xi Jinping’s "people centered" development thought.This paper discusses Xi Jinping’s "people centered"development thought from three aspects.The first part expounds the theoretical origin of Xi Jinping’s "people centered" development thought,and puts forward that it is a new idea put forward under the background of the new era,whose theoretical basis is the Marx’s mass view and the "people based" thought in China’s excellent traditional culture.The second part combs China’s Communists’ development thought,and Xi Jinping inherits and develops the thought of "people centred".The third part discusses the connotation and the value of Xi Jinping’s "people centered" development thought.It further clarifies the value orientation of development,and adds new contents to the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era.And in the process of implementing Xi Jinping’s "people centered" development thought,it has great significance for China’s political,economic and cultural development.It is of great practical significance to reflect the voice of the people and meet the needs of the people. |
