| With the advancement of the military-civilian integration process and the rise of the knowledge economy,national defense industrial enterprises must not only undertake the task of national defense construction,maintain national security,but also maintain their advantages in market competition and ensure the sustainable development of enterprises.This requires the defense industry enterprises to have strategic resources and to continuously bring internal and external development momentum to the defense industrial enterprises.In the internal defense industry enterprises,human capital plays an increasingly important role.In the external relations of national defense industrial enterprises,the relationship capital can bring scarce competitive resources,and the human capital in the manufacturing,operation and management of national defense industrial enterprises can be exerted.Maximizing the value-driven role is conducive to improving the performance of defense industrial enterprises and enhancing their core competitiveness.First of all,this paper summarizes the research on the related research of national defense industrial enterprises,the research on the impact of human capital on business performance,and the research on the role of relational capital.It defines the concept of national defense industrial enterprise and describes the characteristics of national defense industrial enterprises.The concept definition and dimension division of human capital,relational capital and business performance of national defense industrial enterprises are carried out.At the same time,the status quo of national defense industrial enterprises is described and analyzed to identify the existing problems.Secondly,on the basis of the theory of enterprise resources,by analyzing the industry characteristics of national defense industrial enterprises,the hypothesis of the relationship between human capital and performance of defense industrial enterprises is put forward,and the role of various dimensions in the relationship capital of national defense industrial enterprises on the role of human capital is analyzed.It also analyzes the adjustment effect of government subsidies,customer concentration and supplier concentration in its dimensions,and puts forward the threshold effect hypothesis.At the same time,the theoretical research model of this paper is given.Then,it introduces the source of sample of defense industry enterprises,the selection criteria of sample enterprises,and the selection of explanatory variables,threshold variables,interpreted variables and control variables in this study,and constructs a basic regression model of human capital to operational performance of national defense industrial enterprises.And the threshold function model of relational capital,after the factor analysis processes the data,the regression of the basic model is carried out,and the regression under the role of government subsidy,customer concentration and supplier concentration threshold is carried out separately,according to the empirical analysis results.The distribution of defense industrial enterprises in the sample is compared with the threshold value,and the conclusions of this paper are obtained.Finally,based on the results of empirical analysis,the relevant countermeasures for improving the performance of defense industrial enterprises are proposed from the perspective of the two main entities of defense industrial enterprises and government. |
