For a long time,members of the democratic parties in China have conducted in-depth investigations and studies on major issues concerning China’s economic and social development,actively participated in the deliberation and administration of state affairs,and made Suggestions and Suggestions,thus making outstanding contributions to China’s economic and social development.The performance appraisal of primary organizations of democratic parties has a direct bearing on the construction of primary organizations of democratic parties,their participation in and discussion of state affairs and their function of providing social services.A sound performance appraisal system for grassroots organizations can improve the working enthusiasm of grassroots organizations of democratic parties and their members and better serve local economic,social and cultural development.Therefore,the establishment of the performance appraisal system of grassroots organizations of democratic parties has become a new subject in the self-construction of democratic parties.In recent years,the vice-chairman of Q,grass-roots organizations and the general vice-chairman member closely around the Q,the key problems in economic and social development and people’s difficult issues of common concern,carrying out special investigation activities,positive role and responsible,make recommendations,actively carry out social service activities,serving local construction,for Q city has made a great contribution to the economic and social development.Although the relevant performance appraisal system has been established in the process of the construction of grassroots organizations in Q city of the agricultural labor party,the actual effect is not ideal.There are some prominent problems and there is not a set of mature and perfect performance appraisal system.Grass-roots organization performance evaluation based on the vice-chairman Q city as the research object,through to the vice-chairman of Q,the present situation of the grass-roots organization performance appraisal analysis,find out the current vice-chairman Q,existing in the basic-level organization performance appraisal of the main problems and causes,build a vice-chairman Q city grass-roots organization performance appraisal system,and puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures,vice-chairman Q in the organizations at the grass-roots level and general vice-chairman party members to participate and social service functions performed better.
