From Willingness To Behavior:Research On The Influence Mechanism Of Youth Entrepreneurship Decision

The core of entrepreneurship is entrepreneurial decision-making and entrepreneurial behavior.Entrepreneurial decision-making is a process from will to behavior.Entrepreneurial willingness plays a key role in the process of entrepreneurship.This paper studies the influence mechanism of young people’s entrepreneurial decision-making from will to behavior.First of all,through summarizing and sorting out the literature review,according to the theory of planned behavior,based on the dynamic process of "entrepreneurial intention →entrepreneurial behavior",through analyzing and summarizing the influencing factors between entrepreneurial intention and behavior,and then building the hypothetical theoretical model of this article.Secondly,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 430 young people(16-45 years old)who are starting a business or have business ideas and are interested in starting a business.The data obtained are analyzed and empirical research methods are used to verify the assumptions of this paper.Thirdly,according to the results of empirical tests,conclusions,suggestions,deficiencies and further research contents are drawn.The results of this paper are as follows: First,entrepreneurial will has a direct impact on behavior.Second,entrepreneurial will has a direct impact on entrepreneurial ability.Third,entrepreneurial ability has a direct impact on behavior.Fourth,entrepreneurial ability plays an intermediary role in the relationship between intention and behavior.Fifth,entrepreneurship policy has a moderating effect on the relationship between entrepreneurial will and entrepreneurial behavior.This paper studies the process from willingness to behavior from the perspective of entrepreneurship implementation process.The scope of research on youth entrepreneurial behavior has been expanded to provide theoretical guidance and experience for willing young entrepreneurs.Based on the results of the study,the study and guidance of entrepreneurial intention,the improvement of entrepreneurial ability and the formulation of entrepreneurial policies will give some enlightenment and guidance to young people’s entrepreneurial behavior from the aspects of individuals themselves,government attention,social support and university construction.
