Research On The Impact Of Multi-participants On The Implementation Of Public Welfare Projects

With the opening of the Internet era,public welfare and philanthropy is also developing towards the trend of refinement,universalization,and wide coverage.Online fundraising provides a more efficient and convenient fundraising channel for the recipients through the strong social connection.Nowadays,the development of the times continues to spawn social problems,and public welfare projects are committed to increasing the participation of multiple parties to help public welfare.Participants joined,aiming at a social problem,NGOs,governments,partners,beneficiaries,donors,enterprises,media,the general public and other participants contributed to solving social problems.With this as the background,the author takes the Z Foundation T project as the research object.Z Foundation is a younger foundation in China,but it develops very rapidly.The annual fundraising amount is very amazing.The T project is a relatively fast development among its independent projects.And a stable one.However,the participation power of the T project has become increasingly complex in the implementation phase in recent years.The addition of the government,foundations,local partners,volunteer teams,etc.makes it difficult to sort out the resources of the participating parties due to the huge fund-raising costs The development is gradually chaotic,far from being as glorious as viewed from the outside.In order to better research,the author combines the observation method and in-depth interview,and combs the relevant literature to better analyze and summarize and conduct research.The author sorts out the current status of the T project implementation,on this basis,from the perspective of the foundation,it systematically explains the situation of the multi-party participants in the project execution process,and finds its inherent difficulties,and tries to view the project from the perspective of social governance During the execution process,the other party’s negative influence on the project and explore its causes and system environment,put forward countermeasures and discuss from a development perspective.
