Research On The Review Mechanism Of The Legitimacy Of Administrative Normative Documents

At present,the legitimacy review of administrative normative documents has been widely concerned by many social subjects.However,many theoretical achievements in the current academic circles do not accurately reflect the problems existing in the practice process.The development of this work shows strong regional characteristics,and territorial research is of great benefit to steadily promote the legitimacy review of administrative normative documents in a certain place.This paper takes the legitimacy review of administrative normative documents in Guiyang as the research object and carries out in-depth research.Through combing the evolution process and current situation of the legitimacy review system of administrative normative documents in Guiyang,this paper analyzes a series of problems in order to seek optimization measures,fully demonstrate the repair function of the administrative system,and make up for the deficiencies as far as possible.Starting from specific links of the review of specific administrative normative document,the author clarifies the system defects in the process of practice,analyzes the specific causes,and thus formulates effective countermeasures from the perspective of mechanism construction.Based on practice,the paper takes practical problems as the entry point with in-depth analysis,and then put forward scientific and reasonable countermeasures.The normative development of administrative normative documents in China is not long,but it plays a significant role in steadily promoting the construction of a socialist country ruled by law.Therefore,taking Guiyang as the research object and analyzing the legitimacy of its administrative normative documents is the core strategic measure to promote the construction of Guiyang under the rule of law.
