Analysis On The Practice Dilemma Of Drug Workers In The Perspective Of Role Theory

Since 2003 in Shanghai anti-drug social work services,Shanghai,Beijing,guangdong,yunnan and other places of anti-drug social work got preliminary development,anti-drug social workers team construction also has achieved some success,but China’s anti-drug social work development time is relatively short,anti-drug social workers in the practice there are still some problems to be solved.By interviewing 12 anti-drug social workers in C institution and collecting relevant data,this paper studied the role-playing process of anti-drug social workers in C institution,and analyzed and studied the role positioning,role cognition,role learning,role practice and role evaluation of anti-drug social workers in C institution.Through the literature review,the use of structured interviews,and the analysis of the role playing process,it is concluded that the practical difficulties of anti-drug social workers are mainly manifested in the professional,resource and management levels.The professional dilemma is mainly manifested as the lack of their own professional,difficult to meet the needs of practice;Lack of professional learning platform,professional promotion is difficult;Professional play is insufficient,recognition is relatively low.In terms of resources,the main table is less resource accumulation and imperfect resource network.Weak social worker group connection and lack of resource sharing channels;Single resource acquisition channel,single content,etc.The main performance of management is that the management subject is not clear;The evaluation method is not perfect and so on.As for the solutions to these practical dilemmas,I think we can discuss them from four aspects: first,we need to form the role concept and enhance the role awareness;second,we need to carry out role learning and improve the role competency;second,we need to pay attention to role evaluation and build the role image;finally,we need to improve laws and regulations and role management.
