Xi Jinping’s Thought Of Accurate Poverty Alleviation

Poverty has always been an important issue of concern to human society,it is a complex social problem formed by multiple aspects and multiple factors in society.Leaders from all walks of life of the party central committee have been constantly exploring ways to solve poverty,have achieved tremendous results,and have drawn many experiences.however,with the decentralization and complexity of poverty,new poverty alleviation measures that are adapted to the development of contemporary society need to be proposed.By summarizing past work experience and combining with the actual social development,Xi Jinping put forward the idea of targeted poverty alleviation,which provides a basic guideline for the realization of a well-off society in 2020 and for all poor people out of poverty.Xi Jinping’s thoughts on precise poverty alleviation have strong practical significance for the decisive victory of building a well-off society in an all-round way,and are the latest research achievements of Marx’s anti-poverty theory in China.This article is divided into six parts to discuss: the first part is the introduction,it mainly introduces the background and significance of Xi Jinping’s research on precise poverty alleviation and the current status of research on the theory at home and abroad,and forms the focus,difficulties and innovations of the article.The second part is the background of theoretical development and theoretical sources,development background is an inevitable requirement to change the traditional poverty alleviation model under the new economic normal,solving deep poverty is the practical need to win a well-off society,and to build a "Community of Human Destiny" development concept to provide feasible solutions for the development of global poverty alleviation,the theoretical sources are the Marxist anti-poverty theory and the anti-poverty theory led by various parties of the Party Central Committee.The third part is the main content and scientific connotation of precision poverty alleviation.The main content is "six accurate" is the core content,and "a group of five" is an important way,the scientific connotation includes targeted poverty alleviation focusing on "precision identification",targeted poverty alleviation on top of "precision implementation",and targeted poverty alleviation on "assessment management".The fourth and fifth parts are the core part of the article,focus onsystematic analysis of the measures taken in the practice of targeted poverty alleviation in Gushi county,Henan province,the results achieved,the problems existing in the process of poverty alleviation and the experience summarized in the work.The sixth part is the value elaboration part,which mainly discusses the theoretical value and practical value of Xi Jinping’s precise poverty alleviation thought in social development.
