Research On The Influence Of Government Intervention On The Success Degree Of Industry-University-Research Collaborative Innovation Projects Under Multiple Perspective

In today’s world,the development of scientific and technological innovation activities is inseparable from the efforts of the country to actively promote collaborative innovation and strengthen overall coordination.As the initiator,main responsible party and partial fund provider of the collaborative innovation project,the government directly or indirectly intervened in the project through policy guidance.The current government intervention activities ostensibly reflect the government’s emphasis on collaborative innovation projects,but they may not necessarily achieve their expected promotion effects.Accordingly,this article believes that in order to improve the project success degree,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to find the best mode of Industry-University-Research collaboration from the government’s perspective,and to study the influence of government intervention on the project success from multiple perspectives.This article first elaborates the research background and related research results of the government’s intervention in the I-U-R collaborative innovation project,the research content and innovations of this article are expounded next,and then the methods and technical routes to be used in the research are clarified.Secondly,it defines relevant concepts such as collaborative innovation projects,government intervention and project success degree,and reviews relevant theories such as collaborative innovation.Then,it summarizes the different ways and contents of government intervention in collaborative innovation projects,analyzes the complex relationship between it,the operation mechanism and the profit distribution mode,and finally proposes research hypotheses and research models.In the next step,This article uses diversified research methods to do empirical analysis respectively on the the government intervention model based on factor analysis,the relationship model between government intervention and the collaborative innovation operation mechanism of I-U-R cooperation innovation,and the model of government intervention and profit distribution synergistically affecting project success degree,verify the research hypothesis of this article finally.At last,this article uses empirical results to summarize the direct and indirect effects between various variables,and establishes a model of the influence of government intervention on the I-U-R collaborative innovation projects ’ success degree.According to the research results and Chinese background,it can guide the I-U-R collaborative innovation project to choose the most reasonable operating mechanism and profit distribution mode for the different ways and degrees ofgovernment intervention.It also provides policy suggestions for the government to participate in the project,and provides a reference basis for the project cooperation subject to improve the project success degree.
