The Analysis Of The Construction Of Actual Combat In Police Affairs Security System Of Traffic Police For A New Era

With economic growth and social transformation,especially the increase of motor vehicles and drivers,there’s mounting pressure to manage urban road traffic and people’s expectations of the road traffic environment are raising.Therefor,the police affairs develop toward the direction of actual combat as the deepening of all sections of traffic police structural reform.Police affairs security of traffic police is the basic condition for traffic police departments to fulfill their duties of road traffic management according to law.However,there is still a certain gap in the construction of police affairs security system actual combat at present.It is difficult to adapt to the demands of traffic police actual combat due to the in-adaptability of the concept,mechanism and management system,etc.We take Shenzhen as an example in this paper to explain the current situation of construction of actual combat of police affairs security system of traffic police by taking full advantage of the theory of improvement without increasing police power,overall analyze the problems and reasons through literature research,interview method and analysis of the current politics.Based on the experience at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the path analysis of constructing the practical traffic police security system in the new era.It also puts forward some measures to build a more effective and practical traffic police security system by clarifying the concepts,strengthening financial support,reinforcing equipment support,establishing an emergency support mechanism and building a professional team so as to promote the progress of traffic police and improve the level of police security constantly.
