The reform of state-owned enterprises is an important issue in China’s economic reform,and how to realize the smooth transition of power and rights protection is an issue that the state and all sectors of society must consider.In particular,the workers’ rights can not be guaranteed,and it is easy for the contradictions between employees and enterprises to be intensified and even eventually lead to accidents.This is amply illustrated by the tragedy of Tong gang in 2009,which is likely to happen again if a smooth transition of workers ’rights in the reform of state-owned enterprises is not achieved.Therefore,with the further deepening and comprehensive advancement of the reform of mixed ownership of state-owned enterprises,the purpose of this topic is to systematically analyze and study the rights of employees in the mixed reform of state-owned enterprises in China,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and ideas from the legal and regulatory levels.In order to help perfect the legal regulation system of workers ’rights in the mixed reform of state-owned enterprises,the rights of employees in the mixed reform of state-owned enterprises are effectively solved.The thesis will cut in from several aspects: First,which existing and potential employee rights are involved in the mixed reform of state-owned enterprises;Secondly,whether the rights of these workers have been or will be fully and effectively guaranteed;Thirdly,the role and function of the current laws in protecting the workers ’rights in the mixed reform of state-owned enterprises;Finally,how to further strengthen the protection of the rights of employees in the mixed reform of state-owned enterprises through legislation.
