Cross-agency Collaboration is a hot issue in the current public management field.With the increasing demands of the public for public management,only by strengthening cooperation and coordination among various departments can we improve work efficiency,reduce administrative costs,and achieve better governance effects.G City is a key area for nationwide tobacco-related anti-counterfeiting and illegal transfer distribution.According to the Tobacco Monopoly Law,the G-Tobacco Monopoly Bureau needs to cooperate with multiple law enforcement agencies in the tobacco monopoly administrative law enforcement process.typical.This paper takes the cross-agency collaboration of the G-Tobacco Monopoly Bureau as the research object,and combines the theory of cross-agency collaboration to sort out the duties,authorities,relationship,and law enforcement cooperation of the G-Tobacco Monopoly Bureau and the cooperation department.Interviews with the G-Tobacco Monopoly Bureau and the cooperation department to understand the attitudes of the cooperation departments,and found that there are problems in the coordination,participation willingness,mechanism rights and responsibilities,process linkages,etc.in the cross-agency law enforcement collaboration,and corresponding to the organizational structure and culture.Values,laws and regulations,cooperation and communication,etc.analyze the reasons for problems.Finally,we draw on the experience from other fields,and propose countermeasures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of cross-agency law enforcement cooperation in terms of organization,culture,system,and communication.
