The Design And Implementation Of Thepetition Information Management System Of XX Court

The petition system is an important way to collect the opinions of the masses and meet the demands of the people for the court.The traditional court complaint letters and visits are mostly carried out manually,whose procedures are tedious,resulting in extremely low efficiency,so that most of the litigation requests can’t be dealt with timely.In the current "court trial process management system" of XX city intermediate people’s court,the function list of petition information management module is single.And besides its narrow coverage,it cannot meet the needs of the court’s petition work.Therefore,depending on the development of computer system and information technology,a set of scientific,effective,safe,stable,convenient and robust electronic petition information management system is established,which is the most important thing to improve the efficiency of the court’s petition work.In view of the shortcomings of the petition module in the existing “Judicial Procedure Management System” of the Intermediate People’s Court of XX City,this paper proposes a new set of electronic petition information management system based on user needs.The system closely links the loose and disorderly petition information in the original working mode in the form of a case,and it operates in the process in the form of a case.At the same time,the system uses the current popular neural network to automatically classify petition application materials and improve the level of petition automation.In the system design,not only unnecessary repetitive steps are reduced,but also the process of petition event processing is streamlined,and a new development framework is adopted to realize one programming multi-platform operation.In addition,the system is also designed a petition case statistics function to avoid errors in manual statistics.The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,This paper introduces the related background knowledge of recurrent neural network,and uses this network to construct a model for automatic classification of text content of petition application,and realizes automatic classification of application text.Secondly,According to the principle of software engineering,this paper proposes the system design process and the function modules such as acceptance registration,supervision and approval,business court reception,review and approval,and instruction review.Finally,In this paper,all petition information is transferred to the entire petition system in the form of a case,which streamlines the work content and facilitates user operations.
