Study On The Long-term Residence Willingness And Its Influencing Factors Of Migrants In Yunnan Province

This article is based on the data of the national floating population in 2014,2015,and 2016 and the sixth national census,comprehensively using qualitative and quantitative methods,and from the economic dimension,demographic dimension,and public service dimension to Yunnan provinces Exploring and analyzing the long-term residency intentions of migrant population in Yunnan and the factors that have an influence on the residency intention.Overall,the proportion of these migrants who choose to stay in Yunnan for a long period of time has declined,while the proportion of those who are hesitant has increased significantly,and the proportion of those who do not plan to stay for a long time has not changed much.The regression results show that the longterm residency intentions of immigrants in Yunnan Province are affected by the economic dimension,demographic dimension,and public service dimension to varying degrees,which can be divided into: first,the average monthly income of individuals is Groups of migrants from 6001 yuan to 9000 yuan are more likely to choose to stay in Yunnan for a long time.The higher the average monthly household housing expenditure,the average monthly total household income,and the longer the duration of migration,the more likely they are to choose long-term residence in Yunnan,The employment status is that employers and self-employed workers tend to stay in the place of immigration for the long term;secondly,younger,married,and highly educated migrant population groups may choose to stay in the place of immigration for long-term stay.The sex is greater;in the end,migrant migrants who have participated in pension insurance,urban residents medical insurance,and urban employee medical insurance are more willing to choose to stay in Yunnan for a long time.According to the above research conclusions,combined with the actual situation in Yunnan,we provide some suggestions for attracting migrants to stay in Yunnan for a long time: 1.Accurately grasp the changing trends of floating population and adjust relevant policies in a timely manner 2.Increase the number of Yunnan Provincial young and middle-aged immigrant migrants ’support in study,work and life 3.Actively increase the supply of low-rent housing and reduce the housing cost of immigrant migrants 4.Lower the threshold for urban settlement,improve social public services and promote immigrant migrant citizens Change.Based on the above conclusions and the actual situation of Yunnan,some suggestions are provided for attracting the long-term residence of migrant population in Yunnan:1.Adjust policies actively to adapt to changes in population mobility;2.Strengthen the Training of Employment Vocational Skills and Increase the Income of Low-income Group;3.Increase the supply of low-rent housing and reduce the housing cost of migrants;4.Improve the Public Service Guarantee of Migrant Population...
