Research On Demands And Assistance Policies Of Families Who Lost The Only Child In Decheng District,Dezhou City

The emergence of a family without a single child is a very unique social phenomenon with the one-child policy as the core of the family planning policy.In terms of the size of the families who have lost their widows,China ’s one-child policy has been implemented for a total of 36 years,and according to the accidental death rate of children,it can be estimated that there are about 76,000 widowed families in China every year.More than one million.For families who have lost their independence,as the current mode of pension in our country is still dominated by family pension,once the only child dies,if their parents can no longer have children,they will have to face the grief of their children ’s death and the lonely and helpless life in their old age.The practical difficulties faced by families are multifaceted and severe.Coupled with the awakening of citizen rights awareness in recent years and the attention of the media and the public,incidents of collective appeals by parents who have lost their independence all over the country are not uncommon.Therefore,for the government,to actively respond to the needs of families who have lost their independence and provide them with a series of support policies is to do a good job in the people’s livelihood and perform public management functions.On the basis of clear related concepts and theoretical basis,this article conducted a questionnaire survey on a total of 236 parents of solitary widows in 141 households in Decheng District,Dezhou City,Dezhou City.Basic situation and demands.Combined with the review of the current support policy for families who have lost their independence in Decheng District,Dezhou City,they have evaluated and analyzed whether the current policy can respond to the appeals of families who have lost their independence,and pointed out that the current support policy has a lack of laws and regulations,a lack of spiritual assistance,and the government has not been fully mobilized.Several issues,such as social forces,have put forward suggestions on how the government can improve the policy for assisting families who have lost their independence.In terms of policy recommendations,this article proposes that the government should effectively take responsibility,actively respond to the appeals of families who have lost their independence,improve the relevant work mechanism of assistance for losing independence,and raise the level of economic assistance for families losing independence in due course.Various methods are used to improve the old-age care and medical care system for families who have lost their independence,to increase the importance of spiritual care for families who have lost their independence,to introduce professional strength and to take advantage ofthe community to do a good job in caring for families who have lost their independence.
