In recent years,people have come to understand and accept the concept of big data era.The rapid development of big data technology has an important impact on the social,political and economic situation.Big data technology focuses on the analysis and learning of massive data and mining hidden relationships.Judicial organs have gradually realized the important influence of big data technology in the 21 st century.In this context,judicial organs actively use big data technology to reform the existing judicial system in order to improve judicial efficiency,promote judicial justice and establish judicial authority.However,like other new things,while big data technology plays an important role in judicial decisions,it also triggers many new problems,such as infringement of personal information and privacy rights,algorithm dictatorship,and unfairness and justice of individual cases.This paper summarizes the current application scenarios of big data technology in judicial judgment,sorts out the value and significance of big data technology for judicial judgment,analyzes the problems in the application of big data technology in judicial judgment,and tries to put forward corresponding countermeasures.This paper is divided into five parts.First,the application of big data in judicial judgment.This paper mainly introduces the concepts,characteristics and application of big data in judicial judgment.Chapter two,the value and significance of the application of big data in judicial judgment.It mainly introduces that big data can help improve judicial efficiency,maintain judicial justice and establish judicial authority.Chapter three is about the application of big data in judicial judgment.This paper mainly introduces some problems arising from the application of big data in judicial adjudication,including doubt of fairness,doubt of rationality,bias of positioning and weak material foundation.Chapter four,how to apply big data in judicial judgment.According to the problems mentioned above,try to put forward solutions,so as to achieve more reasonable and effective data of judicial decisions.Chapter five is the conclusion.In conclusion,the author believes that the application of big data technology in judicial judgment is an inevitable development direction,which canhelp realize the modernization of judicial judgment.
