The Investigation Reporton Divorce Casesin B County A Province

With the development of the society and the continuous improvement of material living conditions,the concepts of freedom,equality and happiness are gradually rooted in the hearts of people,people’s awareness of marriage had also gradu ally enhanced.According to the relevant statistics of the Ministry of Civil Affairs,the divorce rate in China has increased rapidly in the past 15 years.Building a harmonious society is the main theme of national construction.The number of divorce cases has increasing year by year,which increases the instability of family relations and social disharmony.Litigation divorce is not only the survival of marital relationship between husband and wife,but also involves a series of issues such as property division,debt assumption,child support and so on.With the continuous improvement of China’s urbanization construction,the rural economy has also made great progress.With the continuous increase in the number of divorce cases,a series of new problems have emerged at the same time.This paper takes the litigation divorce cases in County B of A Province from 215 to 2019 as the research object.Through processing the data provided by the county civil affairs bureau,grass-roots courts and other relevant departments,This paper studies and analyzes a series of situations,such as the cause and secondary effect of the high marriage lawsuit brought by the parties in the case,the problems in the judge’s trial,the application of the law and so on.It is concluded that there are some problems in the divorce cases in the county,such as difficult delivery of litigation materials,difficulties for the parties to provide proof,high proportion of absence of trial,lack of reasoning content in the judge’s judgment and so on.In view of the problems in practice,the author puts forward corresponding solutions to provide new ideas for the court to hear such cases.
