Research On Collaborative Governance Pattern Of Network Security In China Based On SFIC Model

With the rapid development of China’s information construction,the network has quietly changed the way of social communication,the operation process of the government,the business transaction mode and people’s communication habits.In the21 st century,people’s life,social,learning,work and other activities are more and more dependent on the information network.With the increasing dependence,we have to face a new type of security threat,that is,network security.In our country,what kind of governance mode should be adopted to better solve the current network security problem has become the concern of network security field workers.Based on the theory of collaborative governance,this paper first analyzes the internal needs of collaborative governance of network security in China,then analyzes the correlation of various contents involved in collaborative governance in China based on SFIC model,and verifies the rationality and effectiveness of adopting collaborative governance model to solve the network security problems in China according to the analyzed data.Finally,based on the basic national conditions of China,the following conclusions are drawn Firstly,it is feasible to adopt the SFIC model based collaborative governance model in the process of network security governance in China.Second,in the process of network security collaborative governance in China,it is more in line with the basic national conditions of our country to adopt the way of leading by the party and government departments and participating in by all kinds of enterprises,relevant social organizations and the majority of Internet users.Third,there will be mandatory collaboration in the process of network security collaborative governance.Regulators should control the application of mandatory means.Through the sorting of the conclusions,the author puts forward some relevant opinions and suggestions for network security governance,in order to provide reference for the formulation of network security governance policies in China.
