In this work,the study focused on the usage of electronic arbitration in commercial disputes.Hence,e-arbitration is essentially important,because it is a modern technique which offers facilities that are highly efficient,low cost and fast solution,thereby this technique also provides the necessary transparency to increase investment opportunities in developing countries and increase development opportunities in these countries.The researcher briefly explains theoretical contemporary issues on electronic arbitration in settlements of international e-commercial disputes in developing countries such as the law applicable to the subject of e-arbitration,the requirements Recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards issued electronically.This study critically analyzed the regulations and complications of executing electronic arbitration policies.Therefore,the practical contribution of this work would provide better understandings and interpretations of electronic arbitration in order to recognize the main gap problem.Therefore,the problem would be in the scope of the failure of traditional legislative bodies in developing countries to keep pace with the rapid developments in e-arbitration.It is anticipated that this study will theoretically add to the body of knowledge about electronic arbitration,especially as it is related to developing countries,which have a relative dearth of literature on this issue.Results of the study demonstrate that the rules of private international law,which seek to determine the place and time of a contract,may be seen as a hindrance to the advancement of ecommerce,and also E-arbitration eliminating physical barriers.Eventually,this study provided a brief discussion of the evolving understandings about electronic arbitration and its importance to each developing county in order to run its e-commerce activities in the long run and increase investment opportunities,which is reflected in economic development.Thus,this might result in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of e-commerce among developing countries and reducing the size of e-commerce disputes.
