With the rapid development of Economy and society,whether we can improve our ability to control the dynamic public security situation and realize the goal of "four by our side" has become an important criterion to test the effectiveness of our Public Security Bureau work.At present,although the Public Security Bureau at all levels throughout the country have made beneficial explorations in establishing a three-dimensional public security prevention and control system,Chaozhou has also taken a series of working measures and achieved phased results,but has not yet achieved the desired results,there are a number of outstanding problems.Therefore,I hope that through the study of this paper,we can further explore the methods and countermeasures to solve the existing problems,focus on eliminating the prevention and control blind spots,improve the prevention and control efficiency,and enhance the ability to combat crimes and deal with emergencies,to meet the public’s increasing demand for public security and promote social harmony and stability.This paper mainly studies the three-dimensional public security prevention and control system in Chaozhou City,Guangdong Province,to understand the status quo of the implementation of this system and the problems faced,so as to put forward the corresponding solutions.The chapter arrangement and main content of this paper: The introduction explains the purpose and significance of the topic selection,summarizes some related literatures,reviews the domestic research status,and finds out the method and innovation of this topic;The first part is to define the concept of the three-dimensional Social Security Prevention and control system and expound the theoretical basis;the second part is based on the introduction of the construction background of the three-dimensional social security prevention and control system in Chaozhou City,Guangdong Province,the third part analyzes the problems and reasons of the three-dimensional public security prevention and control system in Chaozhou The fourth part is how to optimize the construction of a number of optimization measures.This article hopes that this study can play a certain role in promoting the good development of Chaozhou,and at the same time,it can alert all circles to strengthen the construction of public security prevention and control,and contribute their own strength for building a harmonious socialist country.
