| In order to build a civilized prison with legal,scientific and digital management,human resource management must play a fundamental role.As an important branch of the police,prison police have the characteristics of high load,high intensity and high risk.At the same time,the prison police have the disadvantages of low social status,less rest time and insecure holidays.The mismatch between "three highs" and "Two Lows" leads to the problem that most of the prison police are more likely to face professional pressure than ordinary people.In this paper,taking n prison in Guangdong Province as the research object,combined with several classic stress management theories such as stress management technology model,this paper conducted in-depth interviews with some representative female prison guards in n prison,and conducted a questionnaire survey on all prison guards in terms of occupational stress.It is found that the mental health level of female prison guards in n prison is relatively low,and they feel higher occupational pressure,which is manifested in sleep Physical symptoms such as irritability and behavioral symptoms such as slowness and boredom.On the basis of the above conclusions,this paper uses the methods of literature analysis,induction and data analysis to systematically summarize the sources of occupational stress faced by female prison guards in n prison,including individual factors,organizational factors and social environment.According to the actual situation of N prison in Guangdong Province,this paper analyzes the prevention and treatment of stress from the two levels of organization and individual by using the analysis tool,the technical model of organization pressure management,and obtains the specific and feasible mitigation strategies: the prevention measures at the individual level,including the cultivation of correct employment concept and the scientific formulation of career planning;the treatment measures at the individual level,including Pay close attention to the prison guard’s stress situation in time,control the occupational risk;take preventive measures at the organizational level,including optimizing the post allocation,improving the flexible work system,providing perfect material security,meeting the physiological and safety needs,clarifying the assessment criteria,establishing a systematic human resource system,improving the training popularization rate,improving the training mechanism,and creating a positive energy organizational culture At the organizational level,the main treatment measures are to set up a safety valve,and if necessary,start the treatment programs such as the replacement of senior executives and organizational reform. |
