With the widespread application of emerging information technologies such as big data,all regions are constantly exploring the construction of digital government and overall government,and government affairs have gradually shifted to digitalization.In their daily work,government functional departments have considerable information resources.Using data as a key element to promote the sharing of government information resources is conducive to the realization of the"one network" of many government service businesses,is conducive to the elimination of information islands,and is conducive to the advancement of digital government,To build a whole government.The influencing factors of the sharing of government information resources have always been a key issue in the research field of public management,but there are few studies that take market supervision data as examples.In view of this,this article analyzes the influencing factors of the existing research and uses S The provincial market supervision data is taken as an example.Through a questionnaire survey of public officials in Province S and the members of the shared participating technical team,the influencing factors are analyzed and discussed,and then suggestions for promoting the sharing of government information resources are put forward.In order to explore the influence factors of government information resources,this article first elaborates the existing research situation,the research methods of this article,and related concepts;introduces the current situation of market supervision information system,network and other infrastructure in S Province,and the current situation of data sharing.Secondly,based on previous research,the research model is constructed,and the research hypothesis is put forward,and the staff of the market supervision bureau of S province,the staff of the unit that has government information resource sharing exchanges with the market supervision bureau of S province,and the province-city-county of S province The staff of the third-level big data bureau(center)and the technical staff of the data support company conduct questionnaire surveys and obtain survey samples.After that,through the reliability and validity test,correlation analysis,regression analysis,etc.of the data collected by the questionnaire,the influencing factors are analyzed and discussed.Finally,based on the analysis results,countermeasures to promote the sharing of government information resources are proposed.According to statistical analysis,it is found that the research hypothesis of this article is established,and there is a positive correlation between external motivation factors,external guarantee factors,internal motivation factors and internal guarantee factors and the degree of government information resource sharing.It is also found that the policy planning and external demand of external power,the infrastructure of external guarantee,shared personnel,and organizational trust,the internal demand of internal power,the departmental funds and risk prevention of internal guarantee will have a significant positive impact on the degree of sharing realization relationship.Based on the results of the analysis,suggestions were made to improve policies,regulations and plans,increase infrastructure investment,improve the quality of shared personnel,strengthen data quality governance,strengthen departmental funding guarantees,and improve risk prevention capabilities.
