The Research Report On Female Victim Homicide In A County,Liaoning Province

China has always attached great importance to the protection of women,but in recent years,female homicide cases occur frequently.Intentional homicide is the most serious one among homicide crimes.Affected by special physiological,psychological and emotional factors,women are easy to become the victims of intentional homicide.Criminological research on intentional homicide with female victims is of great practical significance for protecting women’s personal safety and maintaining social harmony and stability.At present,there are many researches on intentional homicide in China,such as the boundary between intentional homicide and intentional injury in criminal law,the influence of victim’s fault on sentencing,as well as research on the characteristics,laws and preventive measures of intentional homicide in criminology,but less research on the protection of female victims,as well as the lack of targeted research on this crime based on regional characteristics.In order to establish a complete social prevention and control system and better safeguard the rights and interests of female groups,we should deeply analyze the causes and formulate preventive measures.This paper analyzes the intentional homicide cases of female victims in A county in the past seven years,explores the characteristics and causes of this kind of crime,analyzes it by using the relevant theories of criminology,and finally puts forward the countermeasures to prevent and control this kind of crime.The object of this paper is a small town in Liaoning Province,which has four resources: underground mineral resources,forest and fruit in mountainous area,coastal beach and submarine oil and gas.However,with the gradual depletion of resources,the number of petrochemical plants is shrinking,and the number of residents working outside of the area is increasing.In the recent years,the rapid development of internet technologies triggered a rise of the online media industry in A county,and the city where it is located has become the largest e-commerce in the three northeast provinces live broadcast base.In order to understand the specific situation of intentional homicide with female victims in A county,this paper makes statistics on all intentional homicide cases from 2014 to 2020,and analyzes the cases involving female victims.By making tables of relevant data,this paper summarizes the characteristics of such crimes in terms of perpetrators,female victims and social environment.According to the above characteristics,from the perspective of criminology,communication and sociology,this paper analyzes the causes of this kind of crime from two aspects of personal factors and social factors.Finally,on the basis of sorting out the relevant reasons,in order to effectively prevent and reduce female personal victimization,this paper puts forward three suggestions in view of the deficiencies in the protection of female victims in A county: first,to improve the criminal’s personal morality and deal with emotional problems rationally;second,to strengthen women’s physique,correctly deal with disputes and improve their legal awareness of rights protection;third,to improve the legal awareness of rights protection In the aspect of social supervision,we should improve the system design and build a solid legal protection barrier.It is hoped that the policies of protecting women in A county will be fully implemented and a new situation of women’s security and development in this area will be created.
