Research On Ideological And Political Education Of Rural Grassroots Cadres In The New Era

The rural grassroots cadres are important participants and implementers in advancing the rural revitalization strategy and realizing agricultural and rural modernization,and they are also an important force for the Party and the state to solve the problems concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers.The political literacy and cultural level of grassroots cadres will directly affect the success or failure of the modernization of rural social governance.Strengthening the ideological and political education of cadres has always been a fine tradition of the party and the country.Carrying out the ideological and political education of grass-roots cadres is not only a matter of simply training cadres to improve their political literacy,but also a major political issue related to the construction of the whole grass-roots cadre team and the consolidation of the party’s grass-roots organization.With the overall victory of the fight against poverty,major breakthroughs have been made in comprehensively deepening reforms,taking advantage of the momentum to embark on a new journey of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way,and set more stringent standards for the cultural level,political literacy and work ability of rural grassroots cadres.Strengthening the ideological and political education of rural grassroots cadres in the new era and improving the pertinence,scientificity and effectiveness of the education work have important theoretical and practical value for the in-depth construction of a socialist modern country and the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.After the practice of the party and government for a long time,the ideological and political education of rural grass-roots cadres has achieved phased achievements.However,the complicated and changeable international situation and the arduous domestic reform task require the party and the government to update the education content,enrich teaching methods,establish rules and regulations and create a good environment according to the changes of the new situation.Through the investigation of the ideological and political education of grass-roots cadres in four cities in Shandong Province,it is found that there are still some urgent problems in the ideological and political education of rural grass-roots cadres,which are mainly manifested in: the grass-roots cadres’ lack of motivation for learning and insufficient attention to ideological and political education,lack of professional ideological and political educators,and the single teaching methods.In view of the above problems,based on the relevant research of experts and scholars and the data survey results,it is determined that the primary causes of the above problems are the low quality of grass-roots cadres,the deviation of ideological and political education cognition,the imperfect construction of education system and the poor education environment.Therefore,the ideological and political education work of rural grassroots cadres in the new era must start with the content,methods,education guarantee mechanism and environment of ideological and political education of cadres,and continuously enhance the attractiveness and pertinence of the content of ideological and political education to meet the individual characteristics of different cadres.To meet the needs;enrich teaching methods and methods to make ideological and political education easy to understand,easy to digest and absorb;establish and improve a long-term mechanism for ideological and political education to consolidate the labor achievements of ideological and political education;create a pragmatic and clean social environment to form " An educational atmosphere of "willing to learn" and"learning well".
