Research On The Concept Of Building A China-ASEAN Community With A Shared Future From The Perspective Of A Community With A Shared Future For Mankind

As a new type of big country that is constantly moving towards a great power,the enhancement of China’s comprehensive national strength has not only made an important contribution to the material and economic development of the world,it also provides solutions with Chinese characteristics for the different development problems faced by countries all over the world.With the rapid increase of China’s influence,the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind has been continuously accepted by most countries in the world.They have formed more recognition and understanding of this concept through mutual reference and mutual inspiration in the exchange and interaction with China.From a worldwide point of view,ASEAN is an important industrial transfer region in the world.In terms of the overall situation in Asia,ASEAN is not only the priority direction of China’s neighboring diplomacy in recent years,but also an important intersection of the Maritime Silk Road in the 21st century.Since China-ASEAN Community with a shared Future was first proposed in 2013,the relationship between China and ASEAN has carried out extensive and in-depth cooperation under the principle of "joint discussion,co-building and sharing".The concept of China-ASEAN community with a shared future is the product of the successful practice of the community with a shared future for mankind on a global scale,and it is a successful practical experience with ASEAN characteristics formed by China’s active participation in regional governance.This study is divided into four aspects.First,through the collection of data,it is found that the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind and the study of reality are still in its infancy,and no unified consensus has been reached in different disciplines;at the same time,the concept of China-ASEAN community with a shared future is vaguely defined,and the analysis of the development relationship between China and ASEAN by using the concept of community with a shared future for mankind has not yet formed a complete discussion.Secondly,there is a lack of realistic research on ASEAN’s understanding and acceptance of the concept of "community with a shared future for mankind".Thirdly,ASEAN is facing different development difficulties in practice,and there is a certain gap between countries.Ideologically,ASEAN countries do not recognize the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind.The second chapter analyzes the development of the relationship between China and ASEAN,and demonstrates that the concrete meaning of the concept of a community with a shared future between China and ASEAN inherits the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind from four aspects:the concept of international power,the concept of common interests,the concept of sustainable development and the concept of global governance with ASEAN characteristics.at the same time,it develops the view of value concept with regional characteristics.The third chapter discusses the feasibility of building a community with a shared future between China and ASEAN and the achievements of China and ASEAN in various fields at the present stage.The concrete manifestation is that China and ASEAN have common interests,common value orientation,common responsibility,and have good interactive historical experience in economic,political,humanistic and health cooperation.The fourth chapter expounds the problems existing in the concept of building a China-ASEAN community with a shared future and the countermeasures:under the background of the coexistence of opportunities and challenges,under the guidance of the concept of a community with a shared future between China and ASEAN,the development of China-ASEAN relations should achieve win-win results by enhancing consensus,enhancing the degree of strategic matching,and improving the quality of cooperation in key areas.
