Research On Network Video Copyright Protection Based On Blockchain Technology

With the network video industry becoming the most popular and the most valuable Internet business model,the infringement of network video not only leads to hundreds of billions of yuan of direct economic losses,but also has a huge negative impact on the healthy development of the whole network video industry.However,it is difficult to protect the rights of network video infringement,and the cost of protecting rights is high,The effect of safeguarding rights is poor;Blockchain technology has the advantages of decentralization,openness,transparency,security,reliability and open consensus,which can effectively solve various problems in copyright protection of online video content,such as copyright confirmation,rights protection and evidence collection,reasonable proof,etc.,protect the legitimate rights and interests of original content creators,and improve the video copyright trading and transmission mechanism,Increase the income of network video creators,and promote the vigorous development of network video industry.Based on the research of blockchain technology and network video industry,this paper analyzes the three key use scenarios of blockchain technology in the copyright protection of network video industry,and puts forward a set of application in network video copyright protection based on blockchain technology(1)According to the nine application directions of blockchain technology in the three main scenarios of network video rights confirmation,transaction and rights protection,this paper designs the governance idea of using blockchain technology to solve the problem of automatic rights confirmation and infringement monitoring,and to govern the infringement from the source;On the other hand,blockchain is used to realize the user data of works on the chain,so as to realize the real and reliable application strategy of works sub account and infringement compensation data;(2)On the basis of the application design,the specific implementation details of the blockchain technology are supplemented.On the one hand,the technical implementation idea of using the fingerprint information of the video to combine with the blockchain technology to realize the right confirmation authentication and automatic infringement scanning is designed;On the other hand,it designs an application idea to verify whether the blockchain data is true and reliable by comparing the online data of the users who watch or purchase the works,so as to solve the problem of data trust,so as to realize the objective conditions of reliable account sharing and compensation amount calculation;(3)In the application architecture,three storage service modules,distributed file storage,high-performance data cache and relational database,are proposed to solve the problem of slow query performance of blockchain technology,which provides a new idea and reference for the application scenario of blockchain technology in massive data.
