Study On The Countermeasures Of Urban Traffic Illegal Behavior

With the coordinated development of the "Shuangcheng District economic circle in the chengdu-chongqing region" and the advancement of the strategic layout of the science city in western China(Chongqing),especially under the leadership of the creation of the "three initiatives",the work of traffic law-breaking governance has achieved fruitful results.However,due to its regional characteristics and road planning restrictions,at the same time,the number of motor vehicles continued to increase,traffic violations also continued to increase.The illegal traffic behavior in one district of Chongqing has reduced the traffic efficiency of the city,even caused serious traffic congestion and traffic accidents,and caused the loss of life and property to the people.In order to respond to and realize the goals of the National "program for building a transportation power" and give full play to the functions of the "big data intelligence" series of urban transportation projects,to study how to apply big data intelligent traffic technology to control urban traffic illegal activities in a certain district of Chongqing,which is conducive to promoting technological innovation in the control of illegal activities and ensuring traffic flow and safety,the area will be built into the environment elegant,civilized beauty and rich connotation of the modern city.In this paper,a series of theories are adopted such as social interaction theory,"multi-center governance" theory,service-oriented government theory,sustainable development theory and other relevant theories,so as to provide a theoretical basis for in-depth analysis and solution of illegal governance problems.At the same time,this paper combs the current situation of traffic violation in a certain district of Chongqing City through the relevant traffic data,and also uses the methods of data contrast analysis,literature analysis and case analysis to guide the field investigation.It is found that the illegal behavior of urban traffic is the key inducement of urban traffic congestion and traffic accidents,and the key problem of urban traffic management.Some typical traffic accident cases are selected and cited to conduct in-depth and thorough analysis of the cases in this paper.At the same time,domestic and foreign traffic illegal behavior governance experience and theoretical results are used for reference to provide theoretical guidance and experience for this paper to explore and refine the countermeasures of governance.In this paper,we find that there are some problems,such as the weak consciousness of law-abiding,the weakening of safety publicity and education,the insufficiency of police law enforcement,the low content of science and technology,the imperfection of management system and regulations,etc..In order to change the current traffic dilemma and improve the current situation of traffic management,combined with the actual situation of a certain district in Chongqing,this paper has explored in-depth the countermeasures of traffic violations suitable for a certain district in Chongqing,it mainly includes improving the consciousness of traffic safety,strengthening the education of popularizing law,forming the resultant force of governance,perfecting the facilities of traffic science and technology,accelerating the innovation of system and regulations,etc.
