Research On Influencing Factors Of Social Donation Income Of Higher Education Foundation

Capital is the key to promote career development,so is education.Without abundant financial support,the software and hardware equipment of the school cannot keep pace with The Times,and the development of the school will lag behind.In recent years,the government has paid more and more attention to the industries related to the national economy and people’s livelihood,such as environmental protection and national health.and invested more and more funds.Under the condition of national financial stability,a lot of funds have been diverted away.By 2020,China’s higher education has entered the stage of universities and colleges and universities also need more funds to cultivate outstanding talents.In foreign countries,the income from social donation accounts for a large proportion of the fund sources of colleges and universities.Whether the income from social donation can be expanded to alleviate the shortage of funds of colleges and universities has become a topic of discussion among domestic scholars.In recent years,the intention of the state to hope that universities can raise funds spontaneously has become more and more obvious,especially in the issuance of laws and regulations on the management of foundations and the implementation of measures such as the establishment of campus cultural corridors.Therefore,college education foundations have become the focus of spontaneous financing of colleges and universities.Compared with foreign countries,the fund-raising capacity of domestic college education foundations still has a great space for development.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore the factors that influence the donation income of university education foundations.The overall framework of this paper is divided into four parts.The first part mainly sorts out the relevant domestic and foreign literature on university education foundations,classifies and summarizes the articles exploring the influencing factors of university education foundations from the qualitative and quantitative dimensions,and analyzes the influencing factors and determines the factors quantitatively in the third part.In the second part,though the current situation of university foundations and the PESTEL theoretical analysis model,the macro-environment of university education foundations is qualitatively analyzed from six aspects including policy,economy and social culture,which lays the foundation for the quantitative analysis and policy suggestions in the following paper.In the third part,quantitative analysis methods such as descriptive analysis,correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis are used to select 85 "Project 211" universities in China,discuss the influencing factors of the donation income of higher education foundations,and analyze the influencing mechanism.The fourth part mainly summarizes the above analysis,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the four aspects of policies and regulations,social culture,universities themselves and university education foundation.Website this article is mainly to the colleges and universities education foundation,China alumni network,the foundation center on the network and the National Bureau of Statistics data,observes,in a more objective perspective,no donor personal characteristics,the analysis of the motivation,starting from the colleges education foundation and its factors,to the university education foundation to expand the influence factors of the donation income analysis.The innovation of this study lies in the in-depth analysis of the factors influencing the donation income of university education foundations from both qualitative and quantitative dimensions.Most previous papers analyze the factors from a single dimension of qualitative or quantitative analysis.This paper takes this as the innovation point.In addition,the selected research objects are audited university education foundations,and the credibility of financial information is higher.When it comes to foundations,the most important thing is the authenticity of data,and the audited data can be reasonably guaranteed.Secondly,through a variety of quantitative analysis methods,such as descriptive analysis,correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis,the influencing factors of the donation income of university education foundations are sorted out.Finally,combining the results of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,the key influencing factors are found and relevant suggestions are put forward to make the research results more realistic.
