Difficulties And Countermeasures In The Investigation Of Soft Violence Committed By Evil Forces

In recent years,China has devoted itself to building a more perfect socialist society ruled by law.With this,it has also increased its efforts to fight corruption and promote honesty,and has continuously taken various actions to eliminate evils,crack down on evil forces and compress and contain their living space.However,with the "hundred-footed worm,it is broken but not lost",the criminal mode of the evil forces began to change into a very hidden way,that is,using soft violence as a criminal means to continue threatening and persecuting people’s legitimate rights and interests.Implementing illegal and criminal activities by means of soft violence is the main means by which black and evil forces organize illegal and criminal activities,and the number of crimes shows a sharp rise,with obvious regional differences.Soft violence in crimes committed by black and evil forces is deceptive,with various behaviors and cross-cutting,and the scope of persecution is growing.At present,it is extremely urgent to take stricter criminal measures to punish the soft violence in the crimes committed by evil forces,because of their new appearance in front of us in the form of soft violence and their complicated and diverse means.Based on this,this article takes the applicable problems in the investigation practice of soft violence in the crime of Mafia and evil forces as the analysis object.In the first part,the concept of soft violence crime and the characteristics of soft violence are analyzed and understood.As a starting point,it leads to the soft violence in the crime of evil forces.The second part,this part analyzes the characteristics and manifestations of soft violence in the crime of Mafia and evil forces,combined with relevant cases.The third part studies the following dilemmas encountered in the investigation practice: 1.The dilemma of the source of case clues;2.The dilemma of evidence collection;3.The dilemma of how to use the investigation means;4.The dilemma of how to determine the nature of the case;the difficulty of the internal and external cooperation of the investigation organ,etc.The fourth part,according to the key and difficult points in the third part of the investigation practice,puts forward the following relevant countermeasures: 1.Crack down on the crimes committed by the Mafia and evil forces by means of soft violence at the source;2.Expand the sources of case clues;3.Complete the relevant intelligence system;4.Collect and fix the relevant criminal evidence in time;5.Take effective measures against the Mafia and evil forces 6.Strengthen the cooperation of investigation and improve the ability of handling cases.In this paper,by exploring the investigation dilemma of soft violence in the crime of Mafia and evil forces,summed up the actual countermeasures to deal with the case,in order to expect to provide some practical suggestions for the treatment of Mafia and evil forces soft violence in the investigation practice.
