| The special police teams at home and abroad attach great importance to physical training,and always focus on physical training in a prominent position.Physical fitness assessment is an effective means to monitor the level of physical fitness training and test the effectiveness of training.This article takes the Beijing SWAT’s physical fitness assessment results from 2017 to2019 as an entry point.Through a comparative analysis of the changes in the assessment scores of various physical fitness subjects during the three years,as well as the performance rankings among different units,a preliminary evaluation of the physical training situation of the Beijing SWAT is provided for further Improve the physical training level of domestic public security special police,scientifically formulate physical training content and assessment standards to provide reference.Research results: 1.From 2017 to 2019,Beijing SWAT’s comprehensive physical fitness,comprehensive climbing and 3000-meter running three physical fitness assessment scores have shown an upward trend year by year.The average scores of comprehensive physical fitness and comprehensive climbing in 2019 have reached the excellent standard,and comprehensive physical fitness needs to be further improved.And the assessment standard of comprehensive climbing or increase the difficulty of assessment,the 3000-meter assessment standard can continue to be maintained.2.The assessment results,performance improvement and unit performance rankings of the Beijing suburban SWAT teams are significantly better than those of the urban SWAT teams.The SWAT teams of each branch can combine the actual team and the factors that affect the physical training level of the SWAT team to consolidate their advantages and make up for their shortcomings.For example,special police officers in urban areas can focus on leadership and guarantee training time,while special police officers in suburban areas can make efforts in incentive measures and training guarantee because of sufficient training time.3.The age and source of SWAT personnel are also important factors affecting later training performance.Units with a lower average age have a greater advantage in the physical fitness assessment rankings.The qualification rate of personnel who graduate from sports colleges and have enlisted experience is generally higher.In public security colleges and other colleges.The recruitment of new SWAT team members should further favor graduates of sports colleges and personnel with military experience,improve the SWAT replacement mechanism,and keep the team young.4.At present,there are many types of physical fitness assessments in various special police teams in China,and the standards are also different.Most special police teams adopt a combination of single subjects and comprehensive physical fitness,and all members of different age groups are assessed for their performance.It is recommended to divide the physical fitness assessment standards of SWAT members into two age groups over 35 years old(inclusive)and under 35 years old for performance evaluation.At the same time,skills assessment can be supplemented to relatively improve the former skill assessment standards.In the physical fitness assessment content setting,the assessment subject library can be set up according to strength,endurance,speed,agility,flexibility,and comprehensive quality,allowing special police members to use superior subjects to make up for shortcomings,and train special police members with different specialties,divided into different categories Combat teams to improve actual combat handling capabilities. |
