Community Grid Management Under The Background Of Normalized Epidemic Prevention And Control

The outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia is a major test of the national grassroots governance capability,and a practical test of the implementation of grid governance in city communities for more than a decade.As the "last kilometer" to contact and serve the masses,whether the community governance can be effectively improved is of crucial significance.At the present stage of normalization of epidemic prevention and control,we must re-examine and change the thinking,responsibilities and objectives of prevention and control.This paper takes the grid work of s community in Sandun town of Hangzhou City as the starting point of research and analysis,using the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and other methods to analyze the problems of community governance in the process of public health emergencies,such as the residents’ low awareness of grid governance and lack of professional human resources and financial resources There are some problems,such as material resources guarantee,high pressure of grass-roots work,multi-element subjects fighting on their own.Through investigation and interview,it is found that there are some problems in the community grid governance,such as insufficient publicity and service of grid members,unclear responsibility boundary,imperfect system,inadequate personnel and material support,insufficient information governance level,fragmentation mode among various governance bodies in the community.As the country enters the stage of normalized epidemic prevention and control,it is urgent to think and further improve from the aspects of improving community management mechanisms,focusing on the main responsibilities of grid governance,improving the basic security of human and property,strengthening the overall construction of information intelligent platform,coordinating the resources of all parties to form a joint force of multiple subjects,mobilizing the strength of aspirants,and building a community governance community.This study not only provides operational solutions to the problems in the process of grid governance of s community in Sandun Town,Hangzhou City,but also provides certain basis for the common problems existing in the current community grid governance in China,and provides reference countermeasures for improving the level of Community Grid governance at the national level.
