Research On Xi Jinping’s View Of Labor And Its Value

Labor is the embodiment of human nature and the cornerstone of human civilization.Since ancient times,the Chinese nation has been a nation that admires labor,praises labor,and loves labor.It has always attached importance to the social role of labor in the development process.In the process of socialist revolution,construction,and reform,people of all nationalities throughout the country have achieved great achievements by promoting the spirit of labor.As a basic social practice,the meaning and value of labor change with the development of society.Each era has different requirements for the study,education,and dissemination of the concept of labor.Therefore,labor issues are issues that continue to be studied by the academic community.In the current environment,the continuous advancement of economic globalization and informatization has deepened and developed the value of labor.Entering a new era,our country is in a period of deepening reforms and a period of social development transformation,and new changes in our understanding of labor.The realization of the Chinese dream requires a reexamination of the current labor problems.General Secretary Xi Jinping takes the practice of labor in the new era as the foothold,inherits the previous excellent outlook on labor,emphasizes the importance of labor for building a well-off society in an all-round way,and realizes the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,forming a series of conclusions about labor.This article takes Xi Jinping ’s labor perspective as the research entry point.First,combing the theoretical basis of labor perspective,including the labor perspective of classic Marxist writers,the labor perspective of successive Chinese leaders,the labor perspective of China ’s outstanding traditional culture,and Xi ’s personal labor practice enlightenment four aspects.Based on the labor practice in the new era,the author analyzes the background of the development of Xi Jinping ’s labor concept from three aspects: the deepening of labor value in the context of economic globalization,the change of labor value in the information age,and the new challenges that labor poses in the “new era”.Second,try to define the concept of labor,and further summarize the main content of Xi Jinping’s labor concept,including the essence of labor that is creation,realizing decent and honest labor values,the labor spirit concept with craftsmanship as the main content,and the concept of labor Education is incorporated into the labor education concept of the national education system,which clarifies that Xi Jinping’s labor concept has three basic characteristics:subjectivity,timeliness,and innovation.On the theoretical level,Xi Jinping’s labor concept has developed a Marxist labor concept,innovated a socialist labor concept with Chinese characteristics,and enriched the connotation of people-centered thinking.On the practical level,Xi Jinping’s concept of labor is conducive to giving play to the subjectivity of labor and improving the quality of workers in the new era;it is conducive to respecting the value of labor and shaping a social atmosphere that advocates labor;it is conducive to the promotion of the spirit of labor and to the early realization of the Chinese dream.
