In recent years,with the gradual transformation of government functions and the awakening and continuous improvement of social citizens’ self-consciousness,the voluntary service of pension institutions in China has been continuously developed.The whole society to the old-age care institutions and voluntary service investment is also gradually increasing.In Hangzhou,as an important folk resource for the service development of pension institutions,volunteer service provides rich wisdom and talent for the service of pension institutions,and contributes "hard work ".At the same time,pension institutions also set up a platform for volunteers to fully show their own value,providing integrated space for volunteer organizations and individual resources.Volunteer service plays a positive role in the construction and development of old-age service in Hangzhou,but there are also many areas that need to be improved,such as the phenomenon of "voluntary failure ",such as large turnover of personnel,low willingness of volunteers to repeat service,utilitarianism of voluntary activities.There are many reasons for this phenomenon,the lack of volunteer training in pension institutions,the lack of or only temporary intermittent training,is one of the important factors leading to voluntary failure in Hangzhou pension institutions.Volunteer training can effectively promote the service of volunteers in pension institutions and promote the better development of pension institutions.To build a perfect volunteer training for pension institutions,it is necessary for government departments,pension institutions,volunteer organizations,volunteer individuals and other multi-participants to pay attention to and ponder,and work together to do a good job in volunteer training for pension institutions.Therefore,it is very important to explore the problems and countermeasures of volunteer training in Hangzhou pension institutions.On the basis of consulting a large number of literatures,this paper takes volunteer failure,humanism theory and Maslow’s demand theory as the theoretical basis,starting with the basic situation of volunteer service training in Hangzhou pension institutions,mainly through participation observation and interview,to understand the manifestation of voluntary failure in pension institutions in Hangzhou.Through in-depth study,this paper hopes to have a deeper understanding and understanding of the problems and shortcomings in volunteer service and training,analyze the causes,and put forward positive countermeasures and suggestions in combination with the actual situation.Hope to provide some reference and help for the development of Hangzhou pension institutions.At the same time,this paper also hopes to help the government adjust its working ideas,guide,manage and supervise the volunteer organizations and volunteers in urban pension institutions,and actively promote the volunteer organizations to carry out more effective voluntary service for the aged from the perspective of strengthening volunteer training.
