Study On The Development Of Landless Peasants In Bayandai Village Of Xinjiang In The Process Of Urbanization

This paper takes the group of landless farmers in Bayanyu Village,Yining City,Xinjiang Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture as the main research object,the reasons and process of the loss of land for some farmers in Bayannao Village,Xinjiang,and the current situation and follow-up of landless farmers in Bayannao Village.In the field of dilemma and its causes,the field visits and systematic analysis were conducted.Combining the factors of land-losing farmers,the social and economic environment and the national macro-policy,the multi-level and multi-faceted depths of the dilemma faced by farmers after the loss of land,the living environment,political and economic system,social adaptation and identity Anatomy and presentation,and a detailed analysis of the causes of the dilemma faced.Finally,this paper uses the theory of dual economic structure,Keynes’ "social effective demand" theory and sustainable development theory,and combines the reality of Bayanyi Village in Xinjiang,and then analyzes the development of landless peasants in Bayannao Village,Xinjiang.The emergence of land-losing peasants’ compensation standards and resettlement methods,social security system,identity transformation and social integration,and their limitations have comprehensively explored the policy of solving the problem of the development of landless peasants in Bayannao Village,Xinjiang.And institutional arrangements to provide theoretical support and practical reference value for solving the development problems of landless farmers in Xinjiang.The research content of this paper mainly includes six parts:The first part is the introduction,which gives a general introduction to the background of the topic,the significance of the research,the research summary at home and abroad,the research ideas and the research methods.The second part defines the concepts of urbanization and landless farmers involved in the article.And the content and perspectives of the dual economic structure,Keynes’ s "social effective demand" and sustainable development.The third part introduces the general situation of the research points from three aspects:the natural geographical location of Bayanyu Village,the overall process of urbanization and the land acquisition status of Bayannao Village in the process of urbanization.Secondly,from the two aspects of individuals and marriage and family,the basic situation of landless farmers in Bayan Village is introduced.Finally,the related people’s livelihood status such as reemployment,social security and social integration of landless farmers in Bayannao Village was elaborated.The fourth part is to summarize the current situation of the landless peasants in Bayanyi Village,and to summarize and analyze the current difficulties encountered by the landless peasants in Bayanyi Village.On this basis,it is concluded that the urban and rural development is not coordinated and the land acquisition system is not The specific causes of the difficulties caused by the improvement and the low ability of the land-losing farmers themselves.In the fifth part,after analyzing the problems raised in this paper and its causes,the paper puts forward some suggestions to solve the problem of the development of landless farmers in Bayannao Village,Xinjiang.From the four aspects of coordinating urban and rural development,optimizing the interest mechanism of land-losing farmers,improving employment guidance measures and improving the quality of land-losing farmers,it proposes targeted solutions.The sixth part is the conclusion and outlook of this paper.The contents of each part of the article are summarized and summarized,and combined with the actual situation of the district and the requirements of national policies,the other supporting work and follow-up care of land-losing farmers are prospected.
