Research On Reconstruction Policy Of Shantytown In X District Of Hubei Province

The transformation of shantytowns in China began in 2005.As an important project to benefit the people,the transformation of shantytowns has played an active role in improving the living conditions of poor families,renovating old houses in cities,improving urban functions and improving the overall social appearance.In order to better guide the shantytown reconstruction,it is necessary to establish a scientific,reasonable and efficient shantytown reconstruction policy system.As an important part of the shantytown reconstruction practice in Hubei province,area X has achieved certain results in this work and also faced many problems and challenges.It has certain representative and particularity in the shantytown reconstruction work nationwide.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to conduct an in-depth analysis of the policy samples of shanty town reconstruction in X district under the background of China’s efforts to accelerate shanty town reconstruction.This article X district shantytown reconstruction policies in Hubei province as the research object,analyzes the main problems existing in current X district shantytown reconstruction policy,such as fragmentation of policy making,policy guarantee mechanism is not sound,lack of science policy system,policy subject and object of interest conflicts,policy formulation and implementation mechanism is not sound,etc.In combination with the actual situation of the local area and guided by the urban renewal theory,urban governance theory and the scientific theory of human settlement environment,this paper puts forward suggestions and countermeasures for further improving the shanty town reconstruction policy in X district,so as to generate an important impetus for the actual work.
